You’ll join an owner-operated independent agency with a supportive team and the authority to manage the book your way.

The role emphasizes renewals, coverage advice across auto, umbrella, valuables, and strong relationships with underwriters at standard and high-net-worth carriers.

Qualifications

• Connecticut P&C license (or transferable out-of-state).
• 8+ years of personal-lines account management in an independent agency.
• Experience quoting multiple carriers and processing applications.
• Strong multi-carrier marketing skills and independent book management.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals for your book from start to finish, including remarketing.
• Advise clients on coverage for high-value homes, autos, umbrellas, and valuables.
• Build relationships with underwriters at standard and high-net-worth carriers.
• Maintain client relationships during transitions and grow accounts over time.
• Keep accurate, current records in the agency management system.
