Qualifications

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty license.
• Minimum of 3 years of personal lines experience in an independent agency.
• Experience in AMS360 or similar agency management system.
• Strong knowledge of homeowners, auto, and umbrella coverages.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Proficient handling of renewals and policy changes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for established personal lines clients, managing renewals and coverage inquiries.
• Market renewal accounts to carriers to secure competitive rates and coverage options.
• Identify gaps in coverage and recommend policy enhancements for clients.
• Review policies for accuracy and resolve complex billing issues as they arise.
• Document all client interactions to maintain a clear service record and advice provided.
• New business sales are encouraged but not required; commission on new business.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our established personal lines clients, managing their renewals, policy changes, and coverage inquiries.

Market renewal accounts to various carriers to ensure our clients receive the most competitive rates and best coverage options.

Requirements

Active Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license.

Proficient handling of homeowners, auto, and umbrella policy forms.
