Job summary

World Insurance Associates, a Top 25 U.S. broker, seeks an experienced client service professional in Massachusetts. You will independently lead client service, deliver renewal messaging, and apply market knowledge to advise on Personal Property & Casualty accounts.

Responsibilities include evaluating exposures, reviewing renewals for remarket, making coverage recommendations, and processing billing and binding documents. A Property & Casualty license and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Office products.
• Experience in Personal Property & Casualty insurance.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Reviews upcoming renewals for remarket opportunities.
• Make coverage recommendations to clients.
• Transact agency billing and notify carriers.
• Obtains signed bindings and reviews binding documents.
• May be responsible for pulling items like MVR, CLUES, or risk meters.
