Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced insurance professional to support client service with renewals, exposures, and policy updates. You will work with EPIC and comparative rating tools to secure quotes, updates, and billing while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain relationships with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Personal Property and Casualty experience.
• Property & Casualty license is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quote.
• Reviews upcoming renewals and determines accounts to remarket.
• Makes coverage recommendations and obtains quotes via rater tools.
• Transacts agency billing and notifies carriers.
• Obtains signed binding and reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Sets up and maintains account details in EPIC.
• Processes renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
