Qualifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property & Casualty with understanding of insurance coverages.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, charts and tables), Word, and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Independently leads client service and renewal messaging for most clients.
• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes; determines accounts warrant remarket.
• Makes coverage recommendations and handles billing in EPIC where applicable.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy and notifies carriers.
• Maintains accurate account details, contacts and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
