Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a lead client service professional to independently manage renewals, advise on coverage, and service a diverse book of business. You will leverage market knowledge to recommend solutions, use EPIC for policy administration, and partner with carriers for timely bindings and accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes thorough client communication, data accuracy, and proactive renewal strategies in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ P&C experience with comprehensive insurance knowledge.
• state Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience with client renewals and account management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations to clients.
• Process renewals, endorsements, and proofs of insurance using EPIC.
• Coordinate with carriers and obtain signed bindings when required.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency system.
