Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal injury litigation and/or trial experience.
• Active Missouri and/or Kansas Bar license; dual state admission preferred.
• Experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategy and own execution from filing through resolution or trial.
• Handle personal injury matters and advocate for strong client outcomes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation documents.
• Review discovery requests and responses.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate with insurers and defense counsel.
• Communicate with clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Oversee settlement and lien-reduction matters to resolution.
