This full-time, hybrid role requires the ability to independently manage case strategy, court appearances, and negotiations, while delivering high-quality client service.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, 5+ years in Personal Injury litigation, and an active California State Bar membership, with strong research, writing,

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Personal Injury cases through all litigation phases, including discovery, motions, depositions, court appearances, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Prepare and draft complaints, motions, responses, pleadings, and all phases of written discovery.
• Manage multiple cases, assignments, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and sound judgment regarding case status and litigation strategy.
• Handle court appearances, motion hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlements, both in person and remotely.
• Conduct expert depositions.
