Leoforce in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law to manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution.

You will draft pleadings and motions, perform legal research, and coordinate medical records while supporting attorneys in depositions, mediations, and trials. A proactive, client‑focused professional with excellent organization will excel here.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, focused on personal injury.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong legal research skills and understanding of civil procedure."
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, to explain complex legal concepts.
• Proficiency with case management software, e-discovery platforms, and legal research tools.
• Proactive, independent work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to exceptional client service and advocacy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Coordinate and manage medical records, bills, and lien reductions.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, judicial personnel, and others.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain organized case files and track deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case strategy discussions.
