BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our Minneapolis, MN team. The attorney will handle cases from intake through resolution, including trial, supporting clients seeking justice and compensation while growing a new office.

Ideal candidates will hold a JD, possess an active Minnesota license, and have at least two years of PI litigation experience, with strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills and the ability to manage a full inventory

Qualifications

JD required and Minnesota license in good standing.
Minimum two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred.
Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
Ability to independently manage a full inventory of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
Excellent communication with clients and opposing counsel is required.

Responsibilities

Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.
Exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters.
Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.
Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders.
