Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a skilled personal injury attorney in Duluth, Georgia, to manage case files from start to finish and supervise a team of paralegals and assistants. The ideal candidate will possess three years of PI litigation or trial experience and a state license to practice law, with strong negotiation and drafting abilities.

You will communicate with clients, witnesses, insurers, and medical providers; investigate claims; negotiate settlements; and represent clients in court

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial work.
• State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership.
• Bachelor's degree and J.D. degree required.
• Proficiency in computers is essential.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of personal injury law, medical terminology, and wrongful death law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end.
• Manage a team of paralegals, legal assistants, and case managers.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
• Investigate potential claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients.
• Negotiate settlements and arrange agreements on behalf of clients.
• Execute the firm's case management processes and procedures.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare legal documents and negotiate settlements.
