The ideal candidate will possess three years of PI litigation or trial experience and a state license to practice law, with strong negotiation and drafting abilities.

You will communicate with clients, witnesses, insurers, and medical providers; investigate claims; negotiate settlements; and represent clients in court

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial work.
• State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership.
• Bachelor's degree and J.D. degree required.
• Proficiency in computers is essential.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills.
