BCG Attorney Search in Brunswick, GA seeks a Litigation Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to manage all aspects of cases from intake to settlement. The role requires leadership, strong negotiation and client communication skills, and the ability to handle a large caseload.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PI litigation experience, JD from an accredited law school, and admission to the Georgia bar. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law.
• Ability to handle a large caseload and demonstrate leadership.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evaluation of personal injury case merits.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication.
• Handle medical reviews and negotiate case settlements as necessary.
• Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery.
