The attorney will independently manage cases from intake to resolution, handling complex civil litigation with both plaintiff and defense exposure. Strong client interaction and courtroom skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of personal injury or closely related civil litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in New Hampshire, or ability to obtain promptly.
• Plaintiff-side or defense-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury and related civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Develop referral relationships and contribute to practice growth.
