Job summary

W3Global in Virginia Beach is seeking experienced Personal Injury Attorneys to join and grow with our team. The role requires an active Virginia license and a track record in personal injury, including trial successes and skilled negotiations.

We offer a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration and remote work two days a week, fostering mentorship, teamwork, and client advocacy. You will lead case development, engage with clients, oversee pre-litigation processes, and pursue settlements

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Virginia.
• Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, including trial successes and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential new cases and client intakes.
• Proactively engage with current and prospective clients.
• Oversee pre-litigation processes, including valuation and maximizing claim value with appropriate care.
• Conduct settlement negotiations and manage recovery disbursements for timely resolutions.
• Advocate vigorously in all jurisdictions across the Commonwealth.
• Lead depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Mentor junior attorneys and peers while maintaining strong client relationships.
