You will craft a comprehensive brand strategy and translate it into actionable content plans for LinkedIn and Instagram, guiding a team of creatives to deliver impactful, one‑of‑a‑kind content that positions clients as top thought leaders while driving engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing organic social media for a personal brand.
• 4+ years of copywriting and social media strategy experience.
• Thorough understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram platforms + algorithms.
• Must reside in Austin, Texas.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team, with accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Account Ownership: set strategic direction based on client priorities and review performance.
• Account Brand Strategy: develop and update social strategies aligned with client goals.
• Client Communications: provide comprehensive updates and timely responses.
• Team Management: monthly 1:1s and weekly check-ins with team members.
• Research & Analyses: weekly competitive research and trend analysis.
• Campaign Management: monitor organic campaigns and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Team Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams for on-brand content.
• Process Improvement: help execute initiatives from leadership.
