Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results

• Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients' financial lives
• Confident in identifying solutions for helping new and existing clients based on their needs

Responsibilities

• Builds and deepens client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products and solutions
• Responds to inquiries and creates customized banking solutions
• Introduces and fulfills banking products (checking, savings, cards, CDs, IRAs, loans)
• Refs clients to licensed partners (Merrill, Lending, Small Business) as needed
• Quotes rates, terms and programs for banking solutions
• Manages risk in every transaction with available tools
• Leverages prior experience to handle more complex financial needs
• Collaborates with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions
• Educates clients on self-service transactions and digital tools
• Uses resources and processes to optimize client experience and accuracy
• Follows processes, laws, and guidelines for day-to-day activities
• Manages client interactions and adheres to regulatory requirements
