Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and customize banking solutions.
• Present banking products such as accounts, cards, loans, and IRAs.
• Identify needs for licensed sales and refer to partners.
• Present rates, terms and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk in transactions and leverage tools for accuracy.
• Collaborate with teams to serve consumer and small business clients.
• Educate clients on self-service transactions and digital tools.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal processes.
