Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent
• Minimum of two years banking experience
• Cash handling/teller experience required
• Track record of outstanding member service
• Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
• Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding goals
• Lending experience
• Able to work branch banking hours
• Strong people skills; multitasking; team player in a relationship-focused sales environment

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and retain deep financial relationships with members to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate professionally with prospective and current members across a broad range of situations.
• Rotates between teller line and platform to maximize revenue growth and meet sales/service goals.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services while meeting sales targets.
• Perform a full range of senior teller, operational and account management transactions accurately.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals are correct.
• Open various deposit accounts and update member information as required.
• Assist members with Safe Deposit access when applicable.
