Premier America Credit Union in Simi Valley seeks a dynamic Personal Banker II to advise members and build lasting financial relationships. You will help meet member goals by offering tailored banking solutions and guiding them through accounts, loans, and services.

Ideal candidates bring high school or equivalent, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a busy retail environment. Banking experience is preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong member service track record
• Banking experience
• Cash handling experience
• Strong interpersonal and team-work skills
• Trust, credibility, and diplomacy

Responsabilidades

• Establish, develop, and retain deep financial relationships with members
• Promote and refer credit union products based on member needs
• Perform teller transactions and refer opportunities
• Open new accounts and process loan applications
• Balance daily transactions and cash totals
• Adhere to policies including robbery procedures
