Responsibilities

• Provide consumer and small business banking solutions to clients
• Educate clients on self-service options and digital tools
• Balance service requests with transactional activities and follow-up
• Open accounts, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Respond to client inquiries with customized solutions in-person or by phone
