In your pivotal role as Sr. Program Manager, you will provide leadership for the creation, coordination, execution and growth of complex programs independently. You will also will provide leadership to support programs that are expected to experience significant change, expansion or evolution over time.

REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) 5 years of relevant experience .

DEPARTMENT SUMMARY: VUMC Perioperative Services is a dynamic department with over 1000 employees, 65 adult operating rooms in addition to 19 pediatric operating rooms in Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and 14 ambulatory operating suites across three surgery centers. As part of Vanderbilt University Medical Center, our employees participate in the implementation of cutting‑edge surgical technology and assist in the latest procedures. Our services are extensive and include organ transplants, joint replacements, minimally invasive surgery (including robotics), reconstructive plastic surgery, and much more. Services are offered on the main campus near downtown Nashville as well as our various off‑site specialty facilities. The Perioperative Services department encompasses the entire surgical experience. Our goal is to provide the best possible patient surgical care as we continually strive to be the Perioperative Center of Excellence in the Southeast United States.
