Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred in a relevant field.
• If no degree, additional four years of relevant work experience may be required.
• 8+ years of IT experience; 5 years with ALM and UFT and software development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance validation across complex, distributed applications.
• Design, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, and scalability tests to ensure reliability and throughput.
