Job summary

DTCC is seeking an Infrastructure Test Engineering Associate Director to lead enterprise infrastructure validation and non‑functional testing across complex environments. You will partner with engineering, SRE, security, and operations teams to define test strategies and ensure production readiness using automated, data‑driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related infrastructure testing/validation experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on depth in at least one core specialization (virtualization/storage/Kubernetes/networking/OS/SRE).
• Cloud knowledge in AWS, Azure, or GCP with hybrid infrastructure.
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure test engineering strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Define risk-based test coverage for infrastructure configurations and security controls.
• Assess dependencies and blast radius to determine test scope and sequencing.
• Provide technical leadership across Linux/Windows, networking, storage, cloud, and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Oversee functional and non-functional testing: performance, resiliency, observability, capacity.
• Develop reusable test approaches and automation; integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
