Job summary

Skywalk Global is seeking a Performance & Load Testing Engineer in Harrisburg, PA to ensure performance readiness across UBOS releases. You will define testing strategy, workloads, and non-functional requirements, and validate integrations between CRM and SAP systems, including SAP CRM and SAP Datasphere.

Responsibilities

• Define performance testing strategy, scope, workloads, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute end-to-end performance testing of integrations between CRM and SAP systems.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.
• Document all created work and ensure compliance with standards and templates.
• Promote performance testing best practices across UBOS programs.

• CRMapplications(DynamicsCEcustomerserviceandcasemanagementworkflows)
• Customer-facingchannels(webportals,mobileapplications,IVR,chatbot)
• Simulatereal-worldenterpriseworkloadsincludingtollingtransactions,mediationevents,billingcycles,paymentprocessing,CRMinteractions,analyticsqueries,batchjobs,andpeak-volumescenarios.

• Preparedetailedperformancetestreports,dashboards,andexecutivesummarieswithcleargo/no-gorecommendations.

Tooling&Automation

• PerformAPI,integration,anddata-pipelineperformancetestingusingNeoLoadcapabilities.
• IntegrateNeoLoadtestswithCI/CDpipelineswhereapplicable.
• Establishperformancebaselinesandsupportrelease-to-releasebenchmarkingandregressionanalysis.
• SupportJourniSIT,UAT,PIcycles,Show-backs,Go-Live,andHypercarewithperformancevalidation.
• PromoteperformancetestingbestpracticesandcontinuousimprovementacrossUBOSprograms.

GeneralDuties

• Fullydocumentallcreatedworkassociatedwiththisposition,includingtechnicalandfunctionaldesignsanddiagrams,testplans,testscripts,impactanalysisreports,lessonslearned,bestpracticesforotherstofollow,plusanyotherdocumentationasrequiredbytheCommission.Thisdocumentationshallfollowtheformatand/ortemplatesasinstructedbytheCommission.
• AdheretoandfollowallTheCommissionstandards,policies,andprocedures.
