Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing or performance engineering.
• Experience designing end-to-end performance testing strategies.
• Proven ability to test cloud-based apps and distributed infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance, load, stress, and resiliency testing across environments.
• Analyze KPIs and design end-to-end testing strategies.
• Validate failover, recovery, and operational resilience.
• Test in cloud and Kubernetes/AKS environments.
• Identify bottlenecks across app, infra, networking; collaborate with teams.
