Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Performance Testing Engineer with 7+ years in performance testing and engineering to lead end-to-end testing efforts.

You will design, execute and analyze load, stress, soak and chaos tests, while identifying bottlenecks and delivering RCA to stakeholders. Proficiency with LoadRunner, ALM/Performance Center, and modern APM tools is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Hands-on with thread dumps and heap dump analysis (JMC/JFR experience a plus).
• Develop performance scripts using LoadRunner and ALM/Performance Center.
• Design, execute and analyze load, stress, break, soak and chaos tests.
• Hands-on use of APM & monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana).
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong Python programming skills (Python libraries including Flask, Streamlit).
• Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, batching).
• Experience with Service Virtualization.
• Understand all aspects of Performance Testing and Engineering duties.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and analyze Load, Stress, Break, Soak and Chaos testing scenarios.
• Identify bottlenecks using tools and analysis; report RCA to stakeholders.
• Develop performance scripts independently using LoadRunner, ALM/Performance Center.
• Work with APM & monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana).
• Understand cloud infrastructure and collaborate with engineering teams.
