Job summary

IPolarity is seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead / Architect to drive end-to-end performance, scalability, resiliency, and failover testing across cloud-based applications and distributed infrastructure.

You will design testing strategies, validate failover, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks across application, cloud, and network layers. A strong command of Kubernetes/AKS and cloud platforms is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in performance testing or performance engineering.
• Experience with end-to-end performance testing strategies.
• Experience across cloud, Kubernetes/AKS environments.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks across app, infra, network.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance, load, stress, scalability, and resiliency testing.
• Design end-to-end performance testing strategies.
• Validate system failover and recovery.
• Test applications across cloud and Kubernetes/AKS environments.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams.
