You will design tests with JMeter, script extensions, and collaborate with Dev and SRE teams to embed performance engineering into the delivery lifecycle. This role emphasizes end-to-end performance visibility and proactive bottleneck resolution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience focused on performance engineering.
• Hands-on JMeter testing with Groovy/Beanshell/Java extensions.
• Proficient with AWS services and cloud validation across ECS/EKS/EC2/Lambda.
• Experience with APM tools including AppDynamics, CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, and Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement performance test strategies for critical apps and services (load, stress, endurance, scalability).
• Script, design, and execute performance tests using JMeter with scripting for customization.
• Collaborate with development and architecture to set SLAs, KPIs, and baselines.
• Monitor and analyze metrics with AppDynamics, CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, and Splunk; perform root cause analysis.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins; manage regression checks.
