Job Requirements

Must have

• Non functional requirements collection from different stakeholders
• Build the workload model by using production logs and Splunk
• Test script development using tools such as Apache JMeter, HP LoadRunner, or AppPerfect
• Design various test scenarios including peak load, endurance, stress, and scalability tests
• Execute different types of test runs
• Generate client-side and server-side reports, collate and correlate test results
• Monitor server-side metrics through Hubble, Foglight, and HP Performance Manager
• Troubleshoot issues by coordinating with development and capacity teams
• Provide effective test results analysis to tune application performance

Nice to have

• Client and server-side profiling using tools like Developer Tools, JProfiler, and Dynatrace
• Knowledge of MongoDB, MMS, OEM, and AWR reports
• Integration experience with Jenkins, JMeter, Splunk, and monitoring tools to create a unified dashboard
• Performance infrastructure expertise (tools, scripting, log correlation, CI background, Unix, value-added analysis, performance issue investigation)
• APM and CI work with custom tools, Jenkins, Selenium + JMeter for use-case based testing
