Valtech is seeking a Lead, Performance Media to own the strategic direction, quality, and growth of performance media across complex client engagements. You will lead a team of planners and buyers, drive omnichannel strategies, and partner with media leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will report to the Media Director and shape practice strategy, client growth, and execution excellence, while driving responsible AI adoption and scalable processes across paid media programs.

Qualifikationen

• 8 to 10 years of experience in digital and performance media planning and buying.
• Deep expertise across paid digital channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic, online video, CTV, retail media).
• Proven experience managing, mentoring, and growing media teams, including senior-level direct reports.
• Track record of owning large, multi-channel budgets and delivering measurable business results.
• Exceptional client leadership, presentation, and storytelling skills, with experience advising senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate strategically while staying close enough to execution to guide and quality-check the team.

• Set the strategic direction for performance media across client portfolios, spanning paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, CTV, retail media, and emerging platforms.
• Translate client objectives into integrated, full-funnel omnichannel media strategies.
• Oversee audience-led planning, testing roadmaps, and budget allocation frameworks, including AI-supported planning and modeling.
• Review and approve media plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Lead senior-level presentations of media strategy and performance to clients and leadership.
