Compensation

Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by profit-sharing bonuses and benefits. Compensation is aligned with market rates and company levels.

Must Have Qualifications

• 4+ years managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Experience managing large budgets and achieving ROAS and revenue KPIs independently
• Proficiency with analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
• Strong ad copywriting and creative collaboration skills
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities
