Job description

Title: Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Search, Paid Social, Video & Attribution)

The Impact You Will Have:

Liberty Home Guard is the country's fastest-growing and best-rated home warranty provider, named U.S. News Best Home Warranty Company Overall for 2026-27. We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and measurement of our paid acquisition program across paid search (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads), paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and similar platforms), digital video (YouTube), and Connected TV (CTV) bought programmatically through a demand-side platform. Paid search is the foundation of the program; CTV, paid social, and video are how we build demand above it, and multi-touch attribution is how we hold every channel to the same standard. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who is equally comfortable inside an ad account and inside a spreadsheet: someone who has managed substantial budgets, treats attribution and incrementality as core parts of the job rather than reporting afterthoughts, and stays ahead of a rapidly changing paid media landscape.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, has bought and optimized Connected TV through a DSP, has run paid social and video campaigns, has successfully overseen six-figure monthly advertising budgets, and understands how to drive measurable growth while maintaining strong return on ad spend (ROAS). This person will also own our multi-touch attribution platform (Hyros) and will be the one the leadership team relies on to answer what is actually working. Home services or home warranty industry experience is a significant advantage.

The right candidate is both strategic and highly tactical: passionate about performance marketing, energized by testing and learning, and comfortable making data-driven decisions that directly affect business growth. You will manage the day-to-day optimization of campaigns across every paid channel and lead the larger strategic work of helping multiple service lines grow through paid media. In practice, you will be the marketing team's quantitative expert: the owner of how we measure, attribute, and evaluate every paid dollar we spend.

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage monthly paid media budgets exceeding $100,000 across search, social, and video while maximizing lead quality, conversion volume, and return on investment.
  • Create and execute campaign strategies across multiple service lines, geographic markets, and business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversion rates, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, audience segmentation, and bidding optimization.
  • Build and test ad copy, creative, landing page recommendations, audience strategies, and campaign structures through disciplined A/B and holdout testing.
  • Analyze performance data using Hyros, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
  • Stay current on emerging search trends, AI-driven search experiences, automation, Performance Max, changes in Google's advertising ecosystem, developments across paid social and streaming video platforms, and evolving best practices.
  • Collaborate with SEO, creative, web development, sales, and leadership teams to ensure integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Produce clear reporting and actionable insights for leadership with recommendations for continued growth.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, offline and phone-sale conversion imports, attribution, and campaign measurement across all paid channels.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), extending to TikTok, Pinterest, and similar platforms as the business warrants.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital video campaigns on YouTube, including audience definition, creative sequencing, and view-through and search-lift measurement.
  • Own our Connected TV program end to end: manage buys through our CTV demand-side platform partner, define household and geographic targeting against our customer profile, set reach and frequency goals, manage publisher and app inventory mix, rotate and test creative, and control pacing and spend.
  • Measure CTV on incrementality rather than platform attribution: design and read geo holdouts and ghost-bid tests, track branded search and direct traffic lift on a lag, reconcile vendor readouts against our own CRM and analytics data, and make scale, hold, or pause recommendations on that evidence.
  • Own our multi-touch attribution platform (Hyros): maintain the tracking implementation and cost-data integrations, audit data integrity, and produce journey-level reporting on cost per acquisition, ROAS, and lead-to-sale conversion by channel.
  • Design and run incrementality tests (geo holdouts, ghost bids, platform lift studies) for upper-funnel channels, and distinguish true incremental contribution from platform-attributed results before budget decisions are made.
  • Build and maintain the weekly and monthly paid performance reporting framework for leadership, and serve as the team's quantitative authority on what is working, what is not, and why.
  • Manage relationships with media platforms, agency partners, and measurement vendors, and evaluate new channel and vendor proposals against a consistent measurement standard.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on PPC/Paid Search experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Proven success managing monthly paid media budgets of $100,000+.
  • Deep expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models and their limitations, incrementality measurement, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and campaign automation.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands, business units, or service lines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the statistical judgment to separate real performance changes from noise and turn data into decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for modeling and analysis, including building auditable, formula-driven reports.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, Meta at minimum, with TikTok or Pinterest a plus.
  • Hands-on experience planning, buying, and optimizing Connected TV campaigns through a demand-side platform (for example Vibe, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, MNTN, or comparable), including household targeting, frequency management, inventory selection, and creative rotation.
  • Working understanding of how CTV is measured: view-through and impression-to-visit attribution, branded search and direct traffic lift, geo holdout and lift-study design, and the limits of platform-reported results.
  • Experience managing YouTube or other digital video campaigns alongside search and social.
  • Experience implementing and operating a multi-touch attribution platform (Hyros, Northbeam, Triple Whale, or comparable), including pixel and server-side tracking and cost-data integrations.
  • Experience designing or interpreting incrementality tests (geo holdouts, lift studies) and communicating results clearly to non-technical leadership.

Preferred (nice to have):

  • Home services or home warranty marketing experience strongly preferred (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, pest control, garage doors, landscaping, etc.).
  • Experience generating high-volume lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, call tracking platforms, and offline conversion tracking, particularly for phone-led sales models.
  • Experience with Local Services Ads (LSAs).
  • Experience with AI-powered campaign optimization tools and automation workflows.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
  • Experience running CTV alongside a brand search program and quantifying the relationship between the two.
  • Familiarity with CTV and streaming inventory sources (Hulu, Tubi, Pluto TV, Roku, Sling, Peacock and similar) and their audience profiles.
  • Experience producing or briefing 15- and 30-second video creative for TV and streaming placements.
  • Familiarity with media mix modeling or marketing econometrics.
