Job summary

Chess.com is seeking a performance marketing leader to own and scale our paid acquisition for a global, 100% remote product. You'll drive incrementality testing, ROAS/LTV models, and manage channel mix across Meta, Google, YouTube and DSPs, partnering with content and growth teams to align budgets with product launches and seasonal moments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or paid user acquisition.
• Experience with incrementality testing and LTV/ROAS modeling.
• Hands-on mastery of Meta, Google/App Store Ads, YouTube, DSP/AdTech and AppsFlyer.
• Creative taste maker with knowledge of trends.
• Excellent written communication speed and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale a performance marketing engine with real momentum.
• Set the bar for measurement rigor with incrementality testing and ROAS/LTV frameworks.
• Scale creative production in collaboration with content and partnerships teams.
• Optimize through DSPs and AdTech partners and manage relationships with key providers.
• Shape long-term investment strategy with leadership and budget planning.
• Operate in public with async communication across time zones and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and ad accounts across platforms; maintain clean attribution.
