Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience.
• Hands-on experience as developer and/or performance architect.
• Onsite client work 60% (3 days per week) in Charlotte, NC and client mandated time away, 5 days per quarter.
• Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance issues unresolved by in-house team.
• Engage in key aspects of Performance Engineering across lifecycle and architecture.
• Collaborate with teams to drive decisions and improvements.
• Provide mentorship on performance engineering best practices.
• Continuously refine testing tools and methodologies.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and optimizations.
• Develop and implement performance testing strategies for reliability.
