Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in systems performance engineering or OS development.
• Deep understanding of operating system internals including Linux kernel.
• Proven experience in resolving performance regressions in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive system-level and application-level performance.
• Develop benchmarking frameworks spanning OS, kernel, and application layers.
• Collaborate across teams to root-cause regressions.
