Job summary

Suno in Los Angeles, CA, is building the world’s first accessible AI-powered entertainment platform that lets millions create music. The Creative Strategy Lead will own the performance marketing strategy, define audiences, and guide a team of creatives across UGC, AI, and brand work, with autonomy to shape growth.

You’ll collaborate with paid media, data science, and production to turn insights into scalable campaigns, while driving audience research and go-to-market alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative strategy with deep roots in performance marketing.
• Experience with paid social creative strategy that drove subscriptions and conversions.
• Experience leading creative strategists and bridging between creative and paid media teams.
• Strong, clear communication explaining how a strategy is built and why.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy for performance marketing across paid social and beyond, from persona strategy to the roadmap and testing plan.
• Build a persona playbook for each audience and keep it current as results come in.
• Lead the loop from creative analysis to insight to strategy with paid media and data science partners.
• Drive audience research, customer conversations, and competitive intel to expand reach and identify new audiences worth pursuing.
• Lead and develop a team of creative specialists across UGC, AI, and brand creative, and manage our UGC agency partner.
