Suno is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead to own the creative strategy behind performance marketing, shaping audiences, messaging, and testing across paid social and beyond, with full autonomy to build the playbook.

You will lead a team of creative specialists, collaborate with paid media, data science, and production, and feed insights back into product and go-to-market to bring millions into creative entertainment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative strategy and performance marketing.
• Track record of paid social creative strategies that drove subscriptions and conversions.
• Experience leading creative strategists and bridging between creative and paid media teams.

Responsabilités

• Own creative strategy for performance marketing across paid social and beyond; develop persona strategy and testing plan.
• Build and maintain a persona playbook for key audiences and keep it updated with results.
• Lead insights loop from creative analysis to strategy with tagging, testing, and performance reads.
