Job summary

NewForm in New York City is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead client relationships, media strategy, and creative performance across high-growth accounts. You will oversee creatives and media buyers to drive efficient spend, scale accounts, and connect media with creative intelligence.

This client-facing role requires 4–7+ years in paid media, deep Meta expertise, and strong analytical and presentation skills to turn data into strategic recommendations for multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of paid media experience, with agency and/or consumer app experience preferred.
• Deep expertise in Meta required.
• Experience managing seven-figure annual media budgets.
• Strong presentation skills for client meetings.
• Strong analytical skills linking performance data to strategy.
• Preferred: knowledge of mobile advertising measurement systems (SKAN, AEM, MMPs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual media budgets of $5M-$50M across channels.
• Lead client relationships and regular meetings.
• Develop growth strategies with creative at the center of paid ads.
• Translate performance data into actionable strategy for clients and teams.
• Identify optimizations to improve media efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with creatives and media buyers to scale spend.
