Job summary
Riverbed, the leader in AI-powered observability and WAN optimization, seeks a Performance Consultant to design, deploy, and optimize advanced WAN solutions for federal customers. Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Deep expertise in WAN optimization and network performance technologies.
- Strong networking fundamentals and architectural knowledge.
- Experience in technical consulting, professional services, or network engineering.
- Hands-on troubleshooting in complex IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and optimize WAN solutions across customer environments.
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from planning to closure.
- Act as SME in networking, WAN optimization, and app performance.
- Assess environments and drive solution adoption for ROI.
- Design data center consolidation and performance improvements.
- Create technical documentation (HLDs/LLDs) and compliance materials.
- Troubleshoot complex performance issues and report findings.
