Qualifications

• 4+ years leading process improvement projects in public sector or nonprofit settings.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Analytics Team expert on process improvement.
• Coach city employees in process-improvement methods such as lean.
• Lead consultations to apply re-engineering to improve performance.
• Direct department projects with clear scopes and schedules.
• Develop metrics to evaluate impact of improvements.
• Maintain documentation on business processes and improvements.
• Provide training, mentoring, and hands-on assistance.
• Perform related duties as required.
