Responsibilities

• Own benchmarking initiatives across search, vector, and hybrid retrieval workloads.
• Build and maintain benchmark harnesses and datasets reflecting real-world usage.
• Publish reproducible benchmark artifacts and reports explaining methodology and limitations.
