Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of financial services experience; 3+ years in fund accounting or performance related environment preferred.
• Knowledge of alternative investment products and performance measurement methodologies preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of investment performance and attribution methodologies and a broad range of investment instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative approach to problem solving and ability to present operational improvement ideas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely reporting on investment performance and attribution to Fidelity’s advisors, investment teams, and senior leaders.
• Apply expertise in performance, attribution, and competitor metrics to compile, analyze, and interpret portfolio results, including allocation, selection, and market effects.
• Help develop and enhance performance measurement and attribution methodologies for alternative investments.
• Create customized analyses for response to ad hoc inquiries from portfolio managers and senior leaders.
• Provide insightful analysis and serve as a point of escalation for reporting questions of relative performance versus benchmarks and peers.
• Address complex requests and propose alternative solutions while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
