Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/Robotics or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in perception or robotics software.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C++11+ and production-grade Linux development.
• Experience with LiDAR, radar, cameras, or sensor fusion is preferred.
• Experience with ROS/ROS2 and DDS messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of perception algorithms.
• Architect real-time C++ processing pipelines for sensor fusion.
• Develop production-grade multithreaded Linux applications.
• Define sensor integration standards and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot perception issues through root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with planning, controls, and systems engineering teams.
• Deploy at customer sites and provide technical leadership during integration.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior Perception Engineers.
• Document system architecture and design decisions.
