Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is seeking a candidate with 5 to 7 years of Peptide API manufacturing experience to join the Global API Business unit. The role focuses on issuing/receiving raw materials, batch charging, and executing operations per BMR and written procedures.

The position involves manufacturing peptide products, equipment maintenance, process monitoring, and efforts to reduce solvent usage and waste, while aiming to minimize batch failures and downtime.

Qualifications

• Tenure: 5 to 7 yrs experience in Peptide API manufacturing Units

Responsibilities

• To issue and receipt of raw materials for manufacturing of Peptide Products as per requirement.
• Charging of batches and carry out all operations related to process as per BMR and written procedures.
• To manufacture peptide products as per BMR and written procedures in Peptide plant
• Operations, Calibration, Cleaning and Maintenance of process equipment and recording their usage logs.
• Monitor Process and cleaning turn around time (TR) during synthesis and purification of Peptide products.
• Monitor process parameter and yield.
• Reduction in Solvent usage and reduction in down time of the instruments.
• Reduction in batch failures, batch hold ups and generation of waste.
