Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft PeopleTools Developer for a 100% remote role in the United States. The role focuses on architecture, installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.

You will own the technical backbone of PeopleSoft, including upgrades via PUM, security configurations, search server operations, and cloud/middleware integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
• Strong experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, and PeopleSoft application/process scheduler servers.
• Experience administering Elasticsearch / OpenSearch in support of PeopleSoft.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Database administration.
• Strong Linux/Unix skills and shell scripting experience.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Cloud Manager or equivalent automation tooling.
• Experience operating HA/DR for PeopleSoft.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
• Manage security configurations, search server operations, and integration with cloud/middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and stakeholders to translate requirements into engineered solutions.
• Provide code/design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
