The ideal candidate will drive the analysis and optimization of PeopleSoft HCM Recruiting modules and lead cross-functional teams to ensure process excellence. You will manage configuration, provide strategic input, and support integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of recruiting processes and strong PeopleSoft experience. A bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience are required.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Business Analyst.
At least 4+ years focused on PeopleSoft HCM Recruiting.
Responsibilities
Lead analysis of recruiting and hiring workflows.
Manage configuration of TAM and Candidate Gateway.
Translate business needs into functional requirements.
Lead testing efforts for system changes.
Provide functional support for recruiting processes.
Document specifications and training materials.
Mentor junior analysts.
Skills
Deep understanding of recruiting lifecycle processes
Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 configuration
Leading HR technology projects
Writing and troubleshooting queries with PeopleSoft Query Manager
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Leading mixed staff teams
Working independently
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field
