Job Summary

Next Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Integration & Support Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance a production PeopleSoft environment while leading the integration of new modules into the enterprise system. This role combines functional-technical integration, application support, and PeopleSoft development, with exposure across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and related systems. The ideal candidate brings strong initiative, technical depth, and the ability to work independently in a complex, mission‑critical environment.

• PeopleSoft Production Support

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the PeopleSoft production environment, including:

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and process issues in coordination with functional and technical stakeholders


• Research, test, and implement data corrections and processing fixes as required

  • Provide Oracle DBA support for the PeopleSoft application environment
  
  
  • Assist with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system stability
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline


• 3+ years of full-time experience as a PeopleSoft Integration and Support Analyst


• Hands‑on experience supporting production PeopleSoft environments
