Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Boone, NC is seeking a PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst III to join the Information Technology team on-site. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management to design PeopleSoft HCM solutions that support ministry goals.

You will lead requirements sessions, translate business needs into functional specifications, assist with upgrades and integrations, develop test plans, and generate reports to help staff worldwide use the platform effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field and/or 4+ years supporting enterprise systems.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and SDLC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for PeopleSoft HCM enhancements.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and patches; coordinate testing and deployments.
• Develop test plans and reports; ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
