Qualifications

• Extensive PeopleSoft 8.x/9.x experience with HR and Benefits Administration.
• Experience in documenting HR and Benefits processes.
• Excellent understanding of systems development lifecycle methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Work in a techno-functional capacity with an understanding of business processes.
• Collaborate with teams to provide analysis, design, development, and testing guidance.
• Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications.

Skills

PeopleSoft 8.x/9.x techno-functional experience

Knowledge of leave accruals (Absence Management)

Documentation experience for HR and Benefits

Experience with app messaging (integration broker)

PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, App designer, Toad

Experience with PeopleSoft interfaces

Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Database model

Systems development lifecycle methodologies

Experience with large-scale implementations

Excellent communication skills
